Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free trade-in as long as it's in stock.


Quick refund

Return the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label to our returns center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.


Return and exchange policy

-The purchase (except lingerie, swimwear, bags and accessories and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all original tags, make sure all items in the packaging are intact! Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be made.

- The buyer is responsible for the cost of returns.

Articles that do not meet these criteria will not be taken into account.


Purchase not eligible for return

-The final sale item (s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

-The swimsuit is not eligible for return or exchange.

-The swimsuit can only be returned / exchanged if it is a defective / damaged or incorrect item.

- You must email us a photo showing the problem / defect after submitting the return / exchange request online.


Order cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase, but before shipping, a 15% cancellation fee applies. We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
